Scorn is an atmospheric first-person horror adventure & one of the most anticipated games in 2022. The game landed in our hands with a challenge to reverse negative community sentiment on social media, breathe new life into the accounts & create an audience that will love the game. We crafted a community transformation plan rooted in transparency, honesty & genuine engagement. Within three months, we were able to turn the community from a majority negative sentiment to 85% positive. Our team successfully built an excited, thriving community with a complete switch on the sentiment. We reignited the spark, making players desperate to get their hands on the game.
