We’re Disobey, a games marketing agency based in the UK that operates globally. We’re a fully remote team with members in the UK & North America.
Our team consists of experienced game marketeers with backgrounds from major streaming platforms, publishing & dev studios, successful content creators & lifelong gamers. We’re here because we’ve seen it all & made it our mission to change shit up 💪
I was tired of lazy influencer campaigns, uninspired social media content, & the neglect of community members. I never saw myself in campaigns & often wondered, where are the women? Where are the Black women? Our LGBTQ+ friends? Campaigns were dominated by the same top 10 white dudes who often weren’t even a good campaign fit. I envisioned diverse, authentic influencer campaigns, engaging & accessible social media content, & community management that truly elevates players. This didn’t exist, so we decided to create it! We pride ourselves on creating work we're proud of, setting new industry benchmarks & elevating gamers. We have become a trusted name in the gaming industry & have set the bar high for influencer campaigns & all our other services. Starting a female-led business in a male-dominated industry was also a key motivation. Women are incredible, & I’m proud to work with some of the best at Disobey.

Anything we’re passionate about! From open-world adventures, RPGs, sims, horrors, puzzles, & cosy stories, we do it all — provided we have a team member who genuinely loves the game & genre. We won’t take on a game unless we have the right person in-house to bring it to life.
