Disobey is a small but mighty games marketing agency & we're on the hunt for our next Influencer Campaign Manager. You'll own campaigns from strategy through to execution, help improve the way we work & contribute to building one of the most exciting games marketing agencies in the industry. We're working on incredible projects across the games industry with a focus on AA games. We've had the opportunity to work on some incredible games including Path of Exile 2, The Alters, Outbound, Moss: The Forgotten Relic, PowerWash Simulator & many more.
Quick Facts:
- UK-Based Remote
- Salary: £32K-£40K
- Minimum XP: 2+ years managing creator campaigns
- Hours: Full-time (40 hours)

📝 Responsibilities:
- Manage influencer campaigns from start to finish, owning strategy, execution & delivery, driving meaningful results for clients.
- Lead creator sourcing, outreach, negotiation & relationship management across campaigns.
- Build & nurture relationships with creators, clients, developers & talent agencies.
- Own campaign reporting, analytics & post-campaign reviews, turning performance data into actionable recommendations.
- Manage creator contracts, campaign documentation & operational workflows to ensure smooth delivery.
- Keep campaigns on track by managing scope, timelines, budgets & resources confidently.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, creator experience & internal efficiency.
- Experiment, learn & stay on top of trends. Test new formats, challenge norms & help us raise the bar across the board.
- Represent Disobey at industry events, including occasional international travel.
🦸️ We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 2+ years of influencer marketing experience, ideally agency-side, publisher-side or both.
- Is an exceptional organiser who can juggle multiple moving parts without dropping the ball.
- Has strong commercial instincts & understands what makes campaigns successful.
- Is a confident communicator who can build trust with creators, clients & teammates alike.
- Takes ownership, solves problems proactively & isn't afraid to challenge ideas.
- Loves gaming & has a genuine understanding of creators, communities & culture.
- Gives a shit about doing great work with great people.
