We joined the project three months before launch & hit the ground running across 4 of our services, embedding ourselves in the world of Lightyear Frontier to build momentum fast.
We crafted a short-form storytelling approach designed to showcase the vibe, personality & mechanics of the game. Every video served a purpose, whether it was to raise awareness, uplift wishlists, or delight the community, with soft CTAs sprinkled in to guide players into the ecosystem. Post-launch, content shifted to explainers & community-first pieces that nurtured conversation, showcased feedback loops & kept the excitement rolling as new players arrived.
Paid Media acted as our reach engine, amplifying the strongest organic creative. A 15s gameplay explainer became the hero asset, delivering exceptional low CPM’s of ~€0.65 across platforms, well below industry benchmarks. We prioritised X for reach & TikTok for conversion, resulting in consistent visibility throughout launch.
The audience grew by an impressive 36% in just 3 months & Lightyear Frontier entered Early Access on Steam & Xbox Game Pass with over 1 million players & a Very Positive Steam rating, all fuelled by scroll-stopping content, smart community building & highly efficient paid distribution🌾
